Provide coaching and support to teachers from various levels of school achievement in terms of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment Provide coaching and develop ML from various levels of school achievement in the aspect of teaching and learning supervision Analyse and report on school achievement in monitoring student progress and achievement as well as the effectiveness of interventions Implement coaching and training programs to improve teacher professionalism in the district through CPD and PLC Provide coaching in sharing of best practices according to the needs of the school Weld ML and excellent teachers to guide the committee in their respective fields
